Our Story
Over a Decade in the Making
BlueArc Estates carries more than a decade of luxury home building experience in the Edmonton region. Our roots go deep — the team behind BlueArc has been shaping the city's finest residential properties since 2012, evolving and refining our approach with every home we've delivered.
What began as a commitment to doing things differently has grown into one of Edmonton's most respected names in custom home construction. We've built that reputation one home at a time — never by volume, always by standard.
BlueArc Estates is the culmination of everything we've learned: a builder with the experience to execute at the highest level and the conviction to never cut a corner where it counts.

Our Vision
Architecture Without Borders
Edmonton is a city with ambition. We believe its homes should reflect that. BlueArc Estates draws inspiration from the world's most celebrated architectural traditions — Scandinavian minimalism, Japanese spatial philosophy, European craftsmanship, West Coast modernism — and brings those influences to life right here in Alberta.
Our goal is simple: to lead Edmonton's new home construction into a new era. One where design is bold, materials are exceptional, and the homes being built today become the landmarks of tomorrow.
Our Standards
What We Stand For
Uncompromising Craft
We hold every trade, every material, and every finish to a standard most builders never reach. If it isn't right, we do it again.
The Best Trades, Full Stop
We don't work with whoever is available. We work with the best — a carefully selected network of tradespeople who share our obsession with quality and take pride in the work they put their name on.
Care From Day One
Our involvement begins at the very first conversation and doesn't end at possession. Every decision, every detail, every stage of your build receives the same level of attention and care.
World-Class Design, Local Roots
We bring global architectural thinking to Edmonton — not as an imitation, but as an elevation. Your home will be unlike anything else in the city.
Our Philosophy
"A great home isn't built in a day. It's built in a thousand decisions — and we take every one of them seriously."— BlueArc Estates
